Trade a 91 Integra GS for a 93 Trooper?

I just looking for some opinions / feedback,

Buddy of mine wants to trade my:

1991 Acura Integra GS
-Leather,
-214,000 Km
-5 Speed
-B18B Engine
-power locks,
-power windows
-cruise
-power mirrors

-decent body condition, it has a little rust around the gas filler, and a wierd rust spot ont he rear panel,
-Runs like a top,

trade for his:
1993 Isuzu Trooper Special Edition,
Cloth Interior,
4X4 with power and confort modes,
automatic,
power windows,
Cruise

Excellent body condition

No rust, has a few scrathces on dirvers door, and small dings on the passenger door, nothing major,

DOES NOT RUN: needs fuel pump and possible ECU, ( pump is $230, i can get the ECU for $200)

He is looking for a straight across trade, Let me know what you think.

If you want an SUV, i'd do the trade but have the trooper in working condition first. I'd do it if he got the fuel pump fixed.
