Decent locksmith

Can anyone recommend to me a locksmith? Mine are either seized or starting to seize after all the rain. Fuckin' Nova Scotia car with its fuckin' rust...

Also, can they pick a lock and cut you a new key based on that?

I just had it done last night! I had lost the key to my car and they came in and made one and then cut me keys on top of that.

They seem like good people (for what I had done it was 120$) (cheaper in daytime) i did it at night.
