FS 1990 300zx 5spd 2+2

i have a 300zx for sale n reason for selling is cause i am going to post secondary and i am only 17 yeras old... and gas is a bitch on this car. alright here is the info on the car:

1990 300zx
2+2 FULLY LOADED leather etc
5spd
t-roof
222 xxx KM
black on black

body is in good condition n ya its a nice car but for a 17 year old i cannot afford it. i am dissapointed i gotta let this go n donno for how much i m gonna start off at 13 900 OBO because thast how mcuh i see them for about in Edmonton. but ya pm me if interested or osmething thanks =)

new fan clutch
new radiator
ALL new belts except timing belt casue last owner did it not too long ago
replaced a few nuts bolts crews etc
new idler pulley
2 year old mufflers
new fuel filter
new thermostat
new fluids this week using synthetic mobil 1 and redline for trans n rear diff..

so ya pretty much ur 60k or 120k or w.e its called is done for u =)

what does it mean by 2+2. and i'm pretty sure that this is a rear wheel drive but is it for sure?

2+2 = twin turbo

2+2 means its doesnt only consist of 2 front seats
but also got a lil bit of bakseat
2+2 = 4 (# of passengers)

usually 2+2 is mentioned in cars to show that there is a bakseat prety much (RX7,JDM crx's are the other ones i have seen 2+2 in )

c'mon Sorath... wouldn't yr description make it 4 turbos¿

2+2 means you can put groceries or a car seat behind the front seats... or subs... (dont try putting real ppl there tho) and NO turbos. (at least for canadian market cars)

A 2+2 is also a couple inches longer than the twin turbo model, for that shelf...

I've always dreamed of doing it to mine, but the 300zx headers place the turbos so i have to cut my strut towers for them to fit :eek:

The Naturally Aspirated engine is rock solid, mine's nearing 300,000k, goin strong, and have had it since 85,000... only put less than $3000 of work into it ever.

$13k is a decent price for a rare black on black (best color combination) 2+2. You have exactly the car that my old neighbor bought brand new in 1990, which hooked me on nissans.... he still wont sell it to me :thumbsdow and he has 340,000! still mint and goin strong. He wont listen to anything under $15k (original owner and all) :nut:

superspeed, I understand your gas situation, it begs to be driven, and guzzles when you do... went to grade 12 with mine and it did keep my wallet thin those years. U can always pick up a nice TT l8r on when you gradu8....

Das_Amaretto : ya i nkow its sucha an awesome car but dam it school cost too much =( when gradu8 will pick up another 2+2 black on black n do a tt swap i just want rear seats is cause jsut convient incase sorta thing =) n ya i do agree the gas drains like a biotch since edmonton gas prices are like fucken 91 cents for premium...god dam it...=( n i do agree the black on black is rare =) oh ya also updated wha ti have done to it lol amlost forgot...lol haha hmmm what kind of car is he plan to trade with?

its 99 cents right now, and my car is rich as it is, so i keep my boosting to a minimum.

Oh yea, forgot to say what kinda car she might trade u... but after all this gas talk, prb not the right one, its just a tad less guzz, but reaal close.... she just went to HK and left it with me to maybe sell (she'll know in a week or 2). 92 325i dark charcoal on tan, tint, auto, stock, spoiler, top model that year, so loaded, and only 134xxxKm! Real good cond, too, but now she wants stick. Have another friend who might have a 4-cyl, I'll keep you posted. Any prefernce as to auto or manu? i'm guessin u'll stick2stick....

As for everyone who requires premium gas (like me) and cares more about price than where you get it (I think its all about how quickly they have to refill their tanks), and hates paying 10c more than reg.... Lookup your nearest CENTEX and schedule your fillups to be Wed, Sat, or Sun. Prem is liek 1 or 2 cents more than Reg everywhere else.

eg reg/prem: Shell: 84.9/94.9 ; Centex: 80.4/86.4

Do so regularly, and you get 30-50k extra for same $$. Just hope u dont have to drive 15-20k to get there! :D
