If you get the herald you should have a Blacks photo flyer in there. There is a grand opening of the store at 222-33 Heritage Meadows Way SW(its the same mall as Ikea I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong).
They have tripod+carrying bag for like 14.99 and they have other tripods starting at 19.99.

Just wanted to give a heads up to people who were looking for cheap tripods and hadn't picked one up yet.

What size? XS cargo has some decent aluminum ones for $20.00, or plastic ones for 7.00.

$19.99 = 162cm tripod - Slik SDV10

Caselogic Tripod and Case - $14.99 - also looks to be a decent tripod for the prize, doesn't have a model # so can't tell you how big it is but I'd say its 160cm as well from the picture shown.
