Limewire help

i have uninstalled limewire but it left a folder that i cant get rid of. When i try deleting the folder it says "It is being used by another person or program" I have no idea what this means so any help would be appreciated.

i prob sound like a noob sayin this but wut does that mean

go to the task manager and make sure something like limewire.exe is not there. If it is. End the process.

Or try restarting and then delete it right away.
