broken phone, any ideas *not sure in right thread*

a black V3 razr
still accepts calls fine
but no button minus the call end button is responsive....
any ideas? or time to get something new?
its not udner warranty, bought it off ebay from some guy in england...
any help much appreciated

You can try reflashing it to see if it'll respond, so long as the problem is software related and not hardware. Otherwise, you'll have to find a broken razr on ebay (silver or black) and swap the damaged parts, although I don't know how difficult it would be to open a razr.
