Those Chinese people live on a floodplain, for crying out loud. I'm sure they knew the risks when they decided to live there.

I'm not tryin' to be a dick, I just thought, y'know, here they evacuate nearly a million people, and we got all up in arms about 1500 or so.

Of course, we're used to it not flooding, so we got that goin' for us. :rolleyes:
