Making it look better won't make it perform better (though it can have that effect too, but not necessarily).

Well some people seem to use the word for aggressive harvester-meets-F16-style bodykits with other rice. That + Hp, possibly, people never get sick of having more power regardless how much of a ricer they are.

fixed up in general..- power, engine, looks.

souped = fixed
souped = los of money put in car

My Dad uses that term, I tend to shy away from it unless I plan to 'soupe up' my hair and grow a mullet.
