Did anybody on here run in the Kananaskis 100 Mile Relay Race today? Here's a link to the webiste:

I went out there with a team from my work. It was an amazing day, lots of beautiful women out there too:thumbsup:

For me personally I ran leg 8 which is a "hilly" 16km run starting at the Fortress Mountain turnoff. I ran the 16km in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Definitely a great race, the only problem was I got invited to the race on June 10th so I only had 15 days to prepare for it:dunno:

relay?? pshhh I ran that shit on my own.

Ahh....recall the good old days in grade 9, hell I couldn't even do the 10k run. 5k was no problem but 10..where's my car? :D

good job dude... 1 hour 20 is pretty quick for 16 kms, especially when its not flat

I was quite happy with my time, but there were a ton of hardcore runners there who just hauled ass the whole time.

Without a doubt, a bit later in life and with 6 months of training I'll do either a half-ironman or a full-ironman:thumbsup:
