about msrp window sticker

i read on carbuyingtips.com that "Don't Buy a car without an MSRP window sticker", because "Every new car is required by law to have the factory MSRP sticker on the window. Only the buyer is allowed to remove it. ". Is it also true in Canada? because i remember when i went to the dealer on friday, i didn't see any window sticker on their cars.

pretty sure that the msrp details/stickers are added by the dealer, not the manufacturer.

The msrp sticker comes with the car from the manufacturer and the dealer puts it on the window.
