I know you said you are a 17th whore but I say Chianti's on 17th made for a nice casual first date spot. Not too formal but it isn't as basic as moxie's or earls.. since the weather is getting nice a cool patio could be fun! I love the Joey's rooftop patio but i don't know how you feel about a first date being there. I wouldnt' mind it..

:werd: Chiantis is the #1 place for a first date. Its got the relaxing-fine-casual dinning thing going for it. just dont take her on the discount days or she'll think your cheap. :rofl: There are some decent patios like Julio's Barrio on memorial that has an amazing view and decent food. :thumbsup:

I'd say meet for lunch and go for a walk down the river. Leave the dinner bullshit for all the other chumps in the world.

If you date her for a while you'll do tons of dinners at various places. Lunch is safer, cheaper (mainly), and gives good variation to your early relationship.
