need help with 1997 plymouth neon

I have a 1997 plymouth neon. I am having trouble with the service engine light. It is throwing a code #13 wich is "no change in MAP from start to run." What the @ell does that mean and is it a do it yourself thing. Please help:dunno: :banghead:

What I'd do is check the vacuum lines. If nothing is found swap the MAP sensor. Go from there...
