Don't think so, you are lucky if get it running on a 5600.

No they decided to screw some people with this card. It will run on cards that arent even as good as the ti4200 but because of the 1.4 pixel shader or whatever it is it wont run. The ti4200 only has a pixel shader of 1.3, so i think its just a way for ati to either take nividia customers or nividia to sell newer cards. one or the other anyways.
