permission to change non ISP email address change

if we have existing emails from hotmail can we get permission to change emails host from hotmail to gmail. I personally don't like using the ISP email address's (just don't). Just wondering if it was possible?

Not a possibility on our system. We do not send unsolicited emails to your email address anyways. The only email you will receive are password changes and thread subscription notices if you request them.

Users who have already registered with non-isp email addresses may continue to use them though.
