View Full Version : good shocks/struts to go with a drop?

just wondering what kind of struts people are running with their drops, i am gonna get some skunk 2 coils but i am wondering what some good shocks would be to go with about a 2 inch or so drop, and what are some prices/places u have gotten them at, o ya i am running a 94 teg if that helps at all

Some popular choices for Integras are KYB AGX (adjustable), KYB GR2 (non adjustable), Tokiko Illuminas(adjustables) , and Tokiko (Blues). Konis are popular too but I don't know which ones are which.

He mentioned Skunk2 coilovers, which IIRC are quite stiff, so he will want shocks designed for that, such as the AGX, Illuminas, and Koni Yellow...NOT GR2s or Tokico HPs....

You need shocks designed to dampen fast and small oscillations, not slow and large movements.
