2000 SiR Turbo for sale.
Black Pearl, 42,520 original miles, 5000 on "built" engine and turbo system, no accidents, no door dings, no curb marks, car is beautiful and quick. I'm getting old, so I've gotta sell my toy. Have dyno sheets, but never been to the track. I would reccommend getting a drag tire as it will shred the tires on a 70 km/h roll. This car is turbo done right... no short cuts... no wing.... no stickers.... no body kit. Over $45,000 invested... $20,000.

Here's a brief list of parts:

Hi,

The car will be at DTP in Edmonton on the 9th. Second owner, bought the car from the US (42K Miles) last year. Was going to build my SiR but the cost on the parts and labour was 20K so I shopped around forever and finally found an excellent condition SiR with a mature owner (I'm 35 as well) and low miles. Called the shop who did the turbo and tuning (AR Fabrication - very reputable) to confirm the mechanical / body condition of the vehicle with the mechanics.

Overall exterior excellent condition, interior is perfect (no stains, rips, wear on the seats).

I've got reciepts on the inspection / turbo / tuning / and fuel management gear.

so let me get this straight, you purchased the vehicle already turbo'd?

Yes. I was going to build the shortblock and turbo my SiR (I have 2 of them) but I ended up buying a "built" car for about the same price as building my car to what this one is. I called the shop that did the turbo portion of the build, and spoke to the mechanic who assembled the turbo system, and the tuner who tuned it before I flew down to even look at the car.

Didn't want another money pit. I put $45K into my Mustang, but could have bought a car already built for about half of what I invested.

PS: check out Honda-Tech.com to verify AR Fabrication is a very reputable shop. They build reliable high horsepower imports.

I'll try and get them scanned.... the problem is that it's printed on 11x17 paper. It's a typical B16 turbo plot.... not much below 4500 RPM, and then it climbs like a ski slope. The Precision Engineering turbo that's on the car would ideally like to make 18PSI on the B16 (actually 1.65 since it's a 1mm overbore), but due my preference for reliability over bigger numbers, opted for a conservative tune.

Sale pending additional financing. Thanks for the replies... even the lowballers.
