so it took me awhile to do this as I did it by hand but the stuff I found that did the job was great. If I had a polishing tool for rims they would probably look even better!!

But here are some pix:

what did you do to polish it?

looks good

you can get it even shinier if you want though. you should sign up on dorikaze and look at loki440's wheel polishing thread. hes got some good tips. i think he polishes up some starsharks or something.

The stuff I used is called Never Dull its in a little blue can and inside isn't putty but stuff like cotton balls coated in other stuff that looks smells like nail polish.....I wore chemical proof gloves the whole time to be safe!! It was only $8 at crappy tire plust $1.20 for the gloves ;)

I'll check out that webiste, I'd like to get them rust free as there are some little crevases (sp?) that I couldn't reach so that tool I saw on TV w/Chip Foose and that hand drill attachment looks like a good idea. Maybe I can make my own?? But I wanted to spend as little $$ and waste some time tonite so that's exaclty what I did!

Snap-On Micro Polisher (http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=yes&tool=all&item_ID=73735&group_ID=19404&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog)

This little guy would be perfect for that job.

cool. but check out the site for sure. its a really good writeup. he explains everything very well and it comes in handy with nice wheels like this.

Did you sand down then polish to shit or just polish? You can almost get a chrome effect if you wanted to spend enough time if you sand then polish to shit. Looks good

You know what works wonders to get all that break dust and road grime?
Meguiars wheel cleaner.
I've never seen anything work that well.
Right after it sprays off, its easier to polish my wheels.
