Hey Guys,

I'm taking a girl out for dinner this week / weekend...and she is a vegetarian..

What are some good places to eat? I'm thinking a good pasta place..

But open to ideas!

Some place thats not very main stream (Joeys, earls etc.)

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

There is a chinese food place on Macleod called Buddha's. 100% veggie, most of the dishes you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

What kind of price range are you looking for?

Indian restaurants (e.g. Kashmir on 17 Ave, Maurya in Kensington) usually have plenty of vegetarian options.

Yeah, that place is rad!

A lot of Thai or Vietnamese places ahve veggie offerings, depending on how veggie she is (fish or not, or if she'll have stuff made with animal stock)

Fiore's on 17th is nice for something Italian.

awesome...thanks for the suggestions.

Of all these places...
would they be classified as fairly 'nice' restaurants?

As in..I want to take her to a restaurant with a bit of class as well..

Thanks so far
