Yeah, that's a rare type of cat fish, they can only be found in the mekong river ( i'm Loaotian) they get bigger than that. You should do a search for the "Nak" it's a dragon that lives in the mekong river also, there is a pic of americian troops holding it up. Very sacread(sp) in south east asia.
