That was bullsheet the cop got away without any charges, he was cought on camera! 60g is nothing when you consider that there is a wacked out power trippin mofo on the lose, as a upholder of the law. The justice system again fails the people again, there was no way he should have been able to get away with that.

I should become a cop, so I can abuse my power, get away with assult, and get away with theft. I hope that police officers would think before acting in situations like this. He let his emotions get the best of him and i guess it doesn't matter what i think, true justice will never be served. :dunno:

Settled for 60,000.00 and the cop gets cleared of assaulting a minor for $10. Nice score for the kid - I'm sure it will come in handy for college! Only in America!

College? I somehow doubt she will pass grade school with that sort grammar, let alone her temper. If she hadn't of freaked out, the situation would of been much smoother.

Actually a lot of these situations are similar. Like when a cop gets suspended with pay. Although people think it's a reward that the cop gets to sit at home and be payed for it, it actually comes back to haunt them.

Anytime anything like this happens it gets put on the police officers file for the Police Departments own purposes. Instances like this can hurt the cop when requesting specific shifts, going for promotions or moving up in rank.

So although legally nothing bad really happens to the cop, all of these incidents effect the path of their careers.

I wouldnt care if the cop got shit all, its on ur recorded that u were assaulted by a cop(its probably on some notes on u or w/e)

Free ride once cops realize u sue them for anything(even though this isnt anything)
