3web the worst internet service provider.

my internet has been down for 1 week now, made at least 10 calls, talked to the tech support, they couldn't do anything except seeking help from shaw, but they still didn't get my internet back to work, now i have been trying to contact them for the past 3 days to cancle their internet service, but no one answer calls anymore at customer support for the past few days, i've waited at least 30 min every time i called. WORST ISP EVER!!

I have been using 3web for the last 5 months and I have never had a single problem with their services.

but once u have a problem, you will see it will be very hard to deal with them since they are depending on shaw.

I already had a problem with them once when Shaw accidentally cut off my Internet connection. Took me a little longer than expected for somebody to come and fix it but now it's all good and smooth.

Oh yeah, since these lines belong to Shaw they HAVE to contact Shaw to deal with technical hardware-related problems.

no problems here *knocks on wood*. but ya, i hate having to phone, its at least 20 minutes wait no matter when you call. im just glad my shit works and they havent bitched at me yet.

why do you think they can give you the same service as shaw for cheaper? they have to cut corners somewhere
