if its got the performance enhancements to go with it, and the mods are done properly its not rice, its nice.

its when you see stock shitbanger cars with cracked bodykits and poorly modified cosmetics like ugly ass wings that ware way too big, stuff installed crooked/cheaply, just basiclly cheap looking. and no performance mods to back it up.
