How long does it realistically take for the licence to arrive in the mail? They state 2 weeks from the time of renewing. How long has it taken you to actually receive it?

it took my license to get to my house in a week!!

Doesn't the temporary slip they give you only last a week though?

I kept my old drivers license in case I needed it for a pub or lounge or casino whereever. Just tell them you lost yours, they don't know and you can keep your old one until your new one arrives. :D Mine took 3 days :thumbsup:

No, now this was right when the new liscenses where being released so maybe they've spead things up again, plus, i did the same as max_boost... i mean common, do they realy expect you to try and not buy beer for a few weeks?

Yeah I need to go in and get mine updated real soon. Plus I have the big "Airbrake Endorsement" to throw on there as well:dunno:

I'm just going to carry my passport on me while I'm waiting in case I have to use my ID.
