FOR SALE: 1989 HONDA CIVIC DX

· Just tuned up (June 05) – new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new new rotor & cap, new distributor; newer CV joints, done about 18 months ago
The car runs really well, I drive about 60KM up and down Deerfoot everyday and the car has no problems with highway speeds and still has lots of go to it.
It doesn’t have power windows, but does have keyless entry and an automatic car starter. Power assisted brakes and power assisted steering (super easy to parallel park).
Seats are a little torn up by the seat belts, but the seating surface is very good. Overall, the interior is very clean.
The exterior has quite a bit of surface rust, but the frame is solid. THIS CAR WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS PASSING INSPECTION. The paint is in okay ship, but a little faded on the hood. There is a small dent in the hood as well, the previous owner was backed into by a truck and never did fix it.
The car does go through a bit of oil, but not more than to be expected on a car that’s 16+ years old. The gas mileage is still excellent; it’s about $28 to fill and gets about 500K to a tank.
I used this car last winter (03-04) and have been driving it since November of 04 until now, every single day. It has always been good to me; I was planning on selling it to my brother, but he works downtown and doesn’t need a car. I am selling this car because I have just bought a new car, and no longer need it,
