So whats the final drive on a pocket bike? chain? belt?

What kind of transmission do these things have? PVT? gears?

What are the odds of mounting one of these babies to a mountain bike?

Oh my god, didn't we just go over this in the LAST thread you put out, buy a transit pass already and quit littering the forum with your useless crap.

Morbid curiosity, why don't you ask if you can mount a pocket bike motor to a mountain bike, ooooops, you did, twice.

No, I just assumed it was a thread flaming pocket bikes due to the title, cause pocket bike and tech talk is a bit of an oxymoron, there is nothing technical about them, thought it was scarcasm.

Is it really neccesary for these petty comments? Like we can go back and forth until we're eventually calling each other names....it might even be fun for awhile........but it's also a big waste of time.

So do you know anyone that has a pocketbike? Did you notice how the drive system was designed?

pocketbike is chain driven, 1 gear, centrifugal clutch.

as for mounting it to your mountain bike, anything is possible with enough money/time.

Cool, thats what I hoped for. pretty simple stuff if you remember back to your go-cart days,.my bigest fear was that is was a belt drive with a pvt, things like that can be a bit too large to fit into a bicycle design.
