Diploma Exams!

Hey everyone! just a quick question to all those who graduated this year. Did everyone get their Diploma Exam Results Back Yet??? and if so when did u get yours, and how did you all do. im kind of almost in panic mode cuz the Uni needs transcripts by Aug 1, for u to be in. like to hear from you all.:D

But only had English 30-1 to write, I'm sure I did alright...

i heard u get em back around july20...but no worries, this form that came in the U of C package that i got back in mid Dec...it had a form u fill out n mail to Alberta Ed wiht a time code pre-stamped so that ur transcript will get there in time...so unless ur form was lost in the mail or eaten by a dog, u should be in good shape :thumbsup: a $1000 scholarship sits on the results of my ELA 30-1 diploma...hope it comes thru for me...:banghead:

Yah i had the eng-30-1 exam. i really enjoyed it. i really liked the first story of the east indians and sewing and such, i already watched the pride and prejudice and sense and sensability, along with doing a report on That crazy woman poet. it was good.:thumbsup: i had chem and bio as my others.

the one i didnt get the most was prolly the piano poem...and especially that one with two fishermen...one reeling while one is casting...i read it 5 times and i was like fcuk it its hopeless haha

i had math31 as well....88 baby :angel: and social, which holds no value or anything for me whatsoever i dont need it for uni entrance haha so i didnt study for it

I had it pretty good, my buddy infront of me had a good 90% in English, whatever i didn't understand i got off of him..


I hated that Shakespear crap about the king.. I can't understand that crap :banghead:


The written essay just felt to easy....

I got an exemption for my SS30 diploma...as well as my Math 30 and Eng 30. Hoping to make it Bio 30 too.

it was just a package that the U of C sent me for early admission stuff....just gave me a bunch of info sheets and what to do etc etc and that transcript request form, my friend got his transcript sent to him already (thats what happens when u kno ur transcript has actually been sent out) and i havent got mine yet...:S

scholarship??? first of all its like 2500 and anyone with half a brain that dinks around high school can get that

I got mine around a week ago, and I couldn't be happier :D

Physics: 96%, overall 89%
Math: 95%, overall 91%

everyone seems to really take a hit when it comes to ELA 30-1 eh? i got 73% on exam, so 77% ELA overall...

my OVERALL was 84.6% so basically i was 0.4% away from an engineering entrance scholarship :banghead: im gettin my ELA rescored..i have nothing to lose cept $25

i bombed my english too, stupid summer school, i was 84.9, 0.1% away from one of the science entrance scholarships, stupid 72 in english

I Just got my mark in the mail today, passed my Final class ( App. Math 30) for my H.S. Diploma.....its about damn time! ...After Gr.12 i took 3 years off doing shitty jobs, then went back to finish at Chinook College this last year full time to get the remaining 38 credits i needed. Actually feels kinda nice:D

toad, i believe if u get ur shit rescored and if it was to come out lower, they'd the more recent lower mark. just heads up

yah im fully aware of that, unless they fail me on the rescore i will still be well ahead of the minimum requirement for entrance :D

i really dont have anything to lose on the rescore except $25 baha i want my efffing $1k scholarship!
