Nissan fuel pump interchangeability

Does anyone know if the fuel pump for a VG30DETT is interchangable with other nissan fuel pumps? I realize how simple nissan's fuel pumps are (even in the 300zx TT), Im just wondering if a fuel pump from say, a Pathfinder, will support the needs of the VG30DETT. Does anyone know where I could find this information out?

I really doubt a NA fuel pump will suffice for a TT. Why nopt just buy a walbro. They are cheap and easy to install.
