had a great hook up at a great price, thanks to a friend of mine and the owner of JSpec.com! you guys probably seen one of their cars on the internet, a yellow S13 w/cf hood or the yellow s14 that was at the december d1 USA versus Japan.

man cant wait to put this sucker into my car. just gotta fix my rack and pinion and get a new clutch and my car is set for now!

why is having a sr20 so important? i rather be able to know how to drive my car step by step rather than jumping on the highest end and try to learn from there and mess up a lot :D

Smog in the states is a joke. All people do most of the time is just bribe the refs anyways. Amazing how far 50 bucks will go sometimes :)

well a test only smog is 80 by itself... i heard of stories of ppl getting sr20 to pass the sniffer, but visual it will never pass

sniffer test, here is what we did or what i used to do.

We would take the stock 240sx exhaust, the bone stock exhaust and stick another catalytic converter on it and would use that for test purposes only when we had to go in for testing. Never ever failed once. Had to drive the car like a baby though.
