:werd: I had to take my car back 4 times, even then, it wasn't done properly so I just gave up and took my car back to the dealership to have them fix it properly.

Service and workmanship could use a lot of improvement.

I had an appointment, dropped the car off, and received a call saying they might be an hour or two late. Fair enough, I had no problem with this. Anyway, I never received that call, and when I called them to see what's going on, no answer.

Well the night passed and I was stuck at a friends house without a car. Luckily I was able to stay the night there, then first thing in the morning we went down to derdall to see what's up. Alarm is less than half installed, so I took the car because I needed it, and we rescheduled another appointment to finish it.

A day passes and I take my car there again after work one day. An hour at the most I was told. 4 hours later I get a call saying they need to order in an actuator for the door.

Next day actuator arrives, I drop my car off again, and the alrm finally gets installed 3 hours later.

Alarm works fine other than one minor issue, which I've tried contacting them about but can't find the phone number anywhere. It seems all info about them on beyond has been erased too?

Anyways, that's just my experience with them.

Took them quite a while to figure some stuff out and they forgot to reconnect the mirrors but all get fixed and everything works fine.

They seems like they are just starting out and are very nice guys, so I'll cut them some slack.

My buddy brought his car there to have a compustar installed. The install was done well, but then the compustar started acting up. Not Derdall's fault, but he agreed to fix the problem. My friend made an appointment and Derdall didn't show up!! My buddy then made another appointment, and Derdall didn't show up again! The place needs some better customer service!
