What do stock KA's go for these days? around the 500-700 mark?

I am selling my KA24E and havent been able to get any one interestd in it for 300 they go really cheep but thats the upside if you ever blow your motor new one for cheep

My buddy bought the same engine KA24E with tranny for $50 from JDMsource lol

Either way..thats still expensive...

U can get a DE for around $200-300

Dont sell the tranny dude lol. Keep the tranny. KA tranny on SR motor is killer. Not to mention the SR tranny is exactly a brute beast.

Had a buddy that sold a KA24E for $350.00 and sold tranny sep.

It depends on the condition of the engine and the amount of Km's on it.

Some guys have also babied there KA's and added new parts on it which therefore results on less work for you on the end of the day.

Do the homework.

Check auto wreckers also.

If you can pick it up for 100.00 and in good running condition without putting in another 200.00 300.00 bucks, then personally you got lucky.

from what i've seen, 2-300, everyone gets rid of them for the sr swap, and some guys grab them to make the ka-t (aka killer motor :thumbsup: )
