what are you gonna do with it? Not everybody will agree but I think that stock VS. stock, the h22 is a better engine....more displacement, more HP, more torque, and regarless of what people say the h22 is not that much heavier. On the other hand a lot of people like the b18c. I guess it really depends on what you are gonna do with it...what car, what power adders, NA/FI...

which one would be more reliable with just the regular bolts on? And which one is better for a FI induction set up?

better for basic FI? B18c for sure.
The H22a's weakest part of the motor is the ring lands. Once you replace that though, the motor will be able to take a lot of abuse. But replacing the pistons costs a lot for the motor since you have to re-sleeve it too.

With regular bolt ons, I believe the H22a is superior.

If you plan on heavily modding either motor, I would go with the b18c just because of its aftermarket support. H22a has basically no aftermarket support at all.

An guy in florida with I/H/E camgears and Vafc was running high 13s in his prelude , the H22 is a great N/A motor especially if youre going with a TypeS build up very nice power. But for FI I would recommend b18 over the H22 unless you have enough money to spend like buhbuh said the ring lands are one of the first things to go on the H22. But if you were going for a build up it would be very pricey since you need to resleeve the block except with the type S build up
