hey i'm getting a technician to look over my shit this friday cause the connections been a piece of shit...

i was wondering... i have a 4-LAN router and wireless lan to four other computers to the house hooked up to the shaw modem...

is this breaking any shaw agreements and am i gonna get shit for the router?

i doubt it. i have a similar setup and the dude didn't say anything. just came in, tested out the line with the sahw modem and that was it. he just couldn't do any trouble shooting with the router and shit hooked up to it.

Tehcnically, you're breaking the Shaw agreement, but the tech's don't care. Use to be a tech for them, and 99% of the time I could care less what you have hooked up, let alone how many machines are hooked up. So you're :thumbsup:

why would they care if they're already monitoring bandwidth
if u exceed-->phone call etc.
