If you are desperate, find the image and save it to a cd. If you take it to a printing store and tell them the exact sizes and material you want to be used they can make one for you.

This way might be a little expensive though:dunno:

Actually not really.
Almost any graphic/vinyl shop can do that cheap and fast.

Oh sweet, I guess my advice here was better than I thought. But yeah it's definitely the way to go if you know what you want, as you can get exactly the right thing in the shortest amount of time.
