Lumina APV problem

I know this is not the ideal vehicle to ask stuff about, buts its my only vehicle.. haha point A to point B type thing.

anyway the problem is it stalls, even while driving the engine would just shut off. I would drive it for a bit, press the gas, and the car would jerk, and engine light will come on, little blip on the speedometer then it would stall...

spark plugs have been check, tranny was rebuilt like 2 years ago, wires connecting to spark plugs have been replaced. I put some fuel injector cleaner in today, but no luck..

any ideas?? or need a better description??

any help would be great...

also what would the fuel pump have to do with this?? nothing something?

and the engine temp goes up pretty quick and high, about 70% of the temperature gauge, and I would have to refill the coolant in the reserve about 1 every like 2 weeks about..
