Yep that's pretty much it although I like Black better: I'd prolly do a fast deal if I could get 10% off that price.

WARNING!!

Stay away from the one at Bavaria BMW here in Edmonton. It has had $20,000 in damage to it from a previous owner.

That's brutal....they have to discolse that by law...no?

But thanks for the tip - I was looking at that on the web.

So the story is this:
My friend bought this car last fall. They didn't disclose any damage. This spring he goes to get a wheel alignment and finds that the car can't be brought into spec b/c there is chassis damage.
A little investigating and it turns out the car had HUGE amounts of damage to it. Not only that, but the suspension parts in the car now aren't //M parts. They are regular 3 series parts.

All said and done Bavaria screwed him over, paid him out a depreciated value on the car and put it back on their lot for alot of money.
He paid $39k + GST. They initially offered him all his money, but then decided to only give him back $32k. Now it sits on their lot with coilovers that he lost money on too.

STAY AWAY!!!

johnnybad, if you ask me that silver one posted above is a pretty good deal.
If I were in the market for an E36 M3 I'd be seriously looking over that car.

Pixxie I think your right - looks like a square deal I think I'll talk to the owner.

But came across this one down at Stampede motors - 540i Sport M Package 6-speed, 125K Kms, Black on Tan/Grey leather - sweet ride.

Anyone know anything about this car...

Dude there is a world of difference between an E36 M3 and that 540i.
Do you really know what you want?

If it was a ragtop I'd mortgage my house to get it. I'v been test driving some cars and now I really know what I want in my price range is a 1999 328ic. I can mod that a bit later on.
