WTB: Motherboard + Processor

hey everyone im planning on upgrading my secondary computer, and all i need now is a motherboard + processor.

im looking for something around mid range to high end.

AMD side
processor:AMD Athlon 64 3000+ or better
Motherboard: Nforce3/4 chipsets (socket 939 only please)

Intel side
Processor: Pentium 4 2.6ghz or better (any 800mhz FSB processor)
Motherboard: 865/875 mobo or any socket 775 motherboard.

im not looking to spend alot, and i am leaning towards the AMD side, but whatever you got, give me a pm.
