for those that dont know its the continuation of final fantasy 7 in movie form... the story takes place 2 years after the game ends...

and for the movie releace they're remaking final fantasy 7 the game for the PS3 using the same CG technology they're using in the movie!...

that was just a tech demo, and no official announcement has been made as to a real remake, then though it would make them millions upon millions of dollars.

I really hope they do it, Final Fantasy 7 was my favorite rpg, I loved the characters & story line, then again most of Final Fantasy games have awesome characters & story lines. Please please please let it be :clap: :clap:

Yes, it was only a tech demo for the PS3. The presenter from Sony made sure to say there are no plans for a game.

ok did a little more research... the movie should be out in about 35 days in japan... we should get it about the same time, maybe a day after or a day before. only on DVD... fuck :( japan is issueing a collectors edition available only in japan $269 can, all we get in the wide screen...

awesome movie. grreat CGI and is the movie of the year compared to the first american final fantasy movie, which was retarded.

but definitely worth seeing or buying, for that matter. quality of the one i have is pretty good considering its pirated.

i was walking past a store in Marlborough Mall, the one that sells collectables, and they were showing FF7 advent children. I don't know if it was bootlegged, but it was pretty damn good quality. It was pretty sweet. I only watched like 5 minutes, didn't want to hang out in the store that long.
