Is this an auto or 5spd? Has there been any recent work done on the truck? How's the fuel economy (ie. price/tank to run how many kms)? Thanks in advance!

1) It has run solidly for the three years I've had it, the exhaust rattles sometimes at idle. Truck drives very tight for the mileage, it was mostly highway kms.
2) Picture of the dent is now posted.
3) It should and it did 15 000 kms ago.
4) Yes, 4x4 works, used it all winter.

1) This is an auto.
2) Regular maintenance, changed alternator, water pump, and fuel pump.
3) 500 kms to a tank and around $55-60 to fill.

Care to explain the reasoning for the dent? Also, is it an electronic or manual 4x4 engagement shifter?

dent is from a parking lot pillar, the four wheel drive is push button on the fly electronic.

You really get 500KM to a tank? I have a 2003 4 door 4x4 and I get 400 to a tank... maybe your tank size is bigger......
