Unbelievable trade.

Low salary, huge fan base, developing player for was a useless 3rd rounder who may never play...what a waste

You can check the other thread for my thoughts on Commodore.

Nothing wrong with this trade in my opinion. Don't be upset because you bought a red clown wig, j/k.

Thats what I was thinking, is a 3-round pick really going to make any difference?

No, but commodore wouldn't make a difference either. Com gone=salary room

Beats buying out his contract.

As much as I like Commodore, he really wasn't a huge asset to Calgary during the playoff run. He sat out most of the season, and played a few games. Granted, he did well, but we already have many able defencemen and Conroy would have been dead last in the hierarchy.

anything sutter does, i agree with, he has earned my respect and i wont ever question things he does. hell we went to the finals last year, becasue he picked up the sharks 3rd string goalie. Enough Said
