i just got a 12' rockford hx2, and its still in the box, and i need to sell it, i will sell it wiht a box.

i just got it back on warrenty, they sent me a brand new sub.
in a store, you pay $400+ for sub, and $75 + for a box
i wanna sell it and a box for $350
