Where to find?

1) The clear plastic rolls they use on overhead projectors in school. I believe 3m makes them. Probably others.

Both staples and office depot don't carry them.

2) Somewhere to scan an image and print them out on thin plastic. (white and one other colour).

Have you tried Kinko's? Dunno if they do it, but you never know. Try looking for photocopying shops in and around downtown as well.
