View Full Version : Where to go for tires?

Probably been covered many times, but I've got no patience. My car's got a huge, air-leaking bulge in one of the tires, so I need a couple new ones. Just all-seasons, T-rated, in 205/50R15. Where can I go that won't hit me too hard? The best I've found so far is $140 a tire at Tirecraft or OK.

Give Bob a shout at Contemporary Motorsports. Or just PM him.

Doesn't Costco only fit OEM-size tires?

Yeah, but costco is ghey anyhow, poor selection and half assed service. If you're looking for OEM all season trash, might be a good buy because it's basic, as he said 205/50/15's, but for anyything else, I would go to a specialist. I mean would I go ask for Professional Camera Advice at a Walmart?

I think Contemporary had a smoking deal on some Nexxen tires, 205/50/15's for like 72 bucks a tire.

Anand has GTS Jeff's seal of approval.

That'd be me. Although even then that's not OEM on my car. The last guy mounted slightly wider tires - mine are supposed to be 195/55R15. And knowing how fascist they can get at Costco...

Edit: Going with Anand.

Both sets of tires I bought have been from Kal Tire on Barlow Trail.

EDIT: Okay I just read you decided to go to My Tires.
