I can't remember the manufacturer, I think it's an Antec case.
It has the see thru side panel which swings outward when you pop it open using the release mechanism. This is great for working on the mobo, no thumbscrews to screw around with. Both the side panel and front case panel can be locked using keys. 4 Optical Drive bays, and the potential to load up to four HDDs. The interior has removable HDD caddys for easy mounting as well as the slide in clips for easy optical drive installation. I had only four fans running incl. the PSU, and cpu temps were 32*C at idle and never over 45*C when gaming. (This is on an overclocked Barton XP). There is a small flip open panel on the front which holds 2 USB, and 1 Firewire connection. I am missing one of the original drive covers, but that shouldn't be a problem as long as you install at least one optical drive...
