Alpine Alarm Question

I have an old Alpine SEC-8027 with a pair of 8426A two-button key fob remotes. The car battery died overnight, got boosted and it's fully recharged. Now both remotes don't work.

I went to the Alpine website and there's no PDF when you click on SEC-8027 model. http://www.alpine-usa.com/support/security/security_faq2.html

I tried the reprogramming the remotes with the valet switch using the method shown for the SEC-8028 but that didn't work. http://www.alpine-usa.com/images/support/security/pdf/8028.pdf (page 3)

Can someone tell me how to reprogram the remotes or have an owner's manual in PDF? If it's not appropriate to post the info here, please PM me. Thanks.

Hey, any chance you could post how you fixed the problem? I'm having exactly the same issue with a replacement 8426a i've just purchased. The "on off" trick doesn't want to work.
