- 3 Year Warranty from A&B Sound
- Have receipt

Looking to get back what's on the receipt. I purchased it as a special clearance item and after a number of discussions with A&B they won't allow for the return because it was a clearance item.

navigation is a seperate unit from alpine. the iva-d300 will support it though.

neither the iva-d300 nor the iva-d310 have remotes.

the remote control is sold seperately by alpine.

if you really want the remote control any alpine dealer can sell one to you.
