i got a soyo kt333 mother board i believe.. with a athlon 1600+ will ram work?

dooman, judging by the kt333, it seems like your mobo takes ddr ram, and not sdram. I could be wrong though.

8 chips on each side so 16 I guess.

dooman24 - I believe your mobo is ddr but look into it, I and sabad66 may be wrong.
