I would save the cash.
But if u wanted to spend it, you could find a pre 91 240sx for around that, maybe. But yeah, Civic, late 80s early 90's accord, etc.

1st gen. teg :D Hahaha, got ours for $3500 including $1000 set of rims, and it still runs great. May not look good, haha, but that's my fault.

and no lsd im guessing :D Well, some of them are front wheel drives with CVTs, the all wheel drive ones are part time systems as used on all the older subies.

As far as I know, the justy just locked the diffs, in the same manner as a conventional 4X4 (this is the part time system that subaru used for years before their full time systems showed up, and was still used on some models even after their full time system appeared).
