SL 65 AMG at Crowfoot / 300zx...

Alrighty, I still don't have a camera phone so no pics.... sorry.

Last night me and my girl went to see Wedding Crashers at the Crowfoot theatre (funny movie too). As I pull into park, I see a black STi and go "oooo I'll park in front of the STi!!"

So I get out of the car and then right there is an SL 65 AMG. Never actually seen a 65 so I was quite impressed. At first I thought it was the SLR, but then realised that it didn't have any crazy vent fin things on the side.

On another different note, there is a guy with a white 300zx who I have seen in and around the Hamptons and on Country Hills Blvd. He has an interesting intake set up. He has 2 blue cone filters right at the front pretty much where a FMIC would sit. they both go into one intake tube. I think he has an exhaust as well. Nice looking car. Mabye he is on beyond.ca but not to sure.

I saw a black AMG SL 65 driving in downtown 3 days ago. Although I could have sworn it said AMG SL 66 on the tag.

Just work downtown with a window and you'll see a few SLs every day, and every once in a while a SL65:D

First one I have ever seen in that color.

dealy w/ the intakes is after a certain HP limit u need 2 intakes (1 w/ a dummy maf) on 300zxs, or its recommended at least, if u look closely thru the bumper tho u can see the upgraded SMICs as well :D , which is usually what most 300s have instead of an FMIC.

Speaking of SL 65, I was at Chainti's (spelling error i think) on 17 ave SW yesterday for dinner and when we were leaving I saw a silver SL 65 as well. I was gonna take a picture but my camera was at home, so I was thinking of waiting till the owner came out so I could talk to him but I thought that would be kinda creepy and my friends were leaving so I decided to leave. A little advice bring your camera everywhere you go, even to eat because you never know what you'll need it for ;) .
