yeah most stores pulled it due to the sex scene mod...

This wildly popular game is being pulled from this morning. In a surprise move, RockStar Software, the publisher, has admitted that the controversial game really did have those sex scenes built in, though they continue to claim that they were never meant to see the light of day in customers’ hands.
Major retail chains, like Best Buy, have been busy removing all copies of the software this morning. The game will be recalled and re-released with a different rating, according to RockStar. It seems unclear whether such an action will be enough to satisfy the many groups who have been outraged by the software since the hidden sex scenes were first reported.

Note: I have never tried to access it on my game and i dont know if its even possible on the xbox console.
