All the buyers have no feedback and have signed up within the past 30 days, bidding only on auctions from the police.

Seller uses other accounts to bid up the price.
Of course, not ALL of them are going to be the scammers, there have to be some sucker(s) who will ultimately pay the inflated price, right?

Bidding up the price is supposedly against the rules isn't it? :dunno:
